Once upon a time there was a very wise child who was born in a town built to close to a very high cliff that was crumbling into the sea far below. As soon as the child could speak she began telling all the townsfolk of their peril, but they just smiled and patted her gently on the head saying, "Oh what a cute and precocious little girl". This angered the little girl greatly, as she feared for the lives of her beloved townsfolk.

Then houses starting falling into the sea and the wise little child would show them, "See I told you! Now look those are your shattered homes far below.", but the townsfolk would just rebuild on the new edge of the crumbling cliff. So afraid of change were they that could not see the path would lead them to a new, beautiful and sustainable land just beyond the horizon. This broke the little child's heart, for now she feared that she may not able to save her beloved townsfolk from themselves.

Tears streamed from the little girls eyes, splashing off the rocks and glistening like gold in the sun. This gave the wise little child and brilliant idea rather than telling them must leave which they didn't not hear or showing them which blinded by their fear they could not see, she would become the way that would lead them to their new home beyond the horizon.

So without saying a word or pointing to the smashed ruins of their homes, the wise little child laid down in the center of town and turned into a golden, shimmering, road that sparkled in the sun far beyond the distant horizon. Slowly, one by one the wise little child's beloved townsfolk began to follow the golden road to the paradise that was beyond the horizon, that would be their new home.

You can tell people of the power of Love and they may not listen... you can show people the power of Love and they may not see... but when you become Love, you become that which people will seek to BE!
